Prestigio Solutions Updates Mozaik Education License Policy for Partners

Prestigio Solutions is updating the process for issuing complimentary Mozaik Education licenses bundled with interactive panels. Starting August 15, 2026, all partners must submit requests on behalf of their end customers through the dedicated online form within 3 months of the purchase date.

What This Update Means for Partners

We want to assure all stakeholders that complimentary licenses remain part of the multiboard bundle: 1 year as standard, extendable to 3 years for authorized partners.

This registration step ensures that every request contains all the necessary information to issue the license accurately and without delays. By replacing email-based requests with a standardized online form, we strive to make submissions more centralized and transparent while reducing turnaround time.

How to Request a Complimentary License

Once the sale is complete and the end customer expresses interest in a Mozaik Education license, please follow these steps:

1. Register purchased multiboards via the dedicated online form — it will guide you through all the information required for license issuance. Please be aware that all requests must be submitted within 3 months of the purchase date.

2. Following your request, our team reviews and validates the provided information. We strive to process it promptly, but kindly ask you to note that the average turnaround time is approximately 3 business days.

3. Upon approval, the license will be issued to the partner. Please let your customers know that it should be activated within 3 months of the issuance date.
